People often ask us how good our fruits really are. So that’s why we made this page to show you that apart from just helping you withstand the 11.04 am MMM‘s (mid morning munchies) our fruits are also awesome providers of goodness.

Of course, it’s important we tell you that in any one sitting one type of fruit or veg only counts as 1 portion - that’s to make sure you get some very important variation in your diet and don’t hide all of your peas under your fork.
